Who are we?

The Rotterdamse Taxi Centrale RTC N.V. is a dynamic organisation with some 1100 chauffeurs and approximately 650 associated taxis. The RTC has at its disposal luxury 4- and 5-person taxis, 8-person buses with extra luggage space and specially adapted taxis for the transport of wheelchair-bound persons. 

The RTC taxis operate in the region of Greater Rotterdam and in neighbouring areas such as Ridderkerk, Barendrecht, Nieuwerkerk aan de IJssel, Schiedam, Vlaardingen and Spijkenisse.

The RTC chauffeurs hold legally stipulated documents and are given extra training in various kinds of transport at the RTC operational school. Taxi companies forming part of the RTC are TX certified. These high-quality taxis meet all legal requirements. The chauffeurs have a thorough knowledge of street topography, a service-oriented attitude and will be glad to carry you in a clean and safe vehicle.

RMC subsidiary

In 2003 the RTC and the RET established a subsidiary company under the name of Rotterdamse Mobiliteit Centrale RMC B.V. This company holds all transport contracts and accommodates all office staff.
